and Intro to Intermediate Series (Nadi-Shodhana)

with Andrea de la Madriz

Backbends are the doorway to a more nourished and open heart! In order to find freedom in your life, you must learn to face your inner fears. Students will then experience the energetic connection between the Primary and Secondary Series of Ashtanga. A certain level of yoga proficiency and experience is recommended in order to attend this workshop. This workshop will end with a deep relaxation at the sound of himalayan crystal bowls.
