Series I: Connecting with Nature

Wed, June 14, 21, 28

4:30 - 6:00 pm

The classes will have a dual focus of yoga asana in order to connect with the body and mindfulness in order to connect with one's self on a deeper level.

Each class will consist of an Ashtanga based yoga asana portion to encourage movement and a mindfulness based activity.
